This typography reference book originates from Yi Mao’s MFA Graphic Design thesis project at ArtCenter College of Design. It is a do-si-do book which contains two parts. Part I: East-Asian Typography Atlas introduces fundamental information about Chinese, Korean, and Japanese typography. It also teaches readers how to use East-Asian typography with Latin typography. Part II is a documentation of creating Part I including research process, reading lists, and others.
