Berlin, Warsaw, Forte de Marmi, Toronto, Kuala Lumpur - a selection of the locations where the BMW Luxury Excellence Pavilion offered exclusive visitors an extraordinary brand experience. The Bavarian automobile manufacturer's range of luxury class vehicles was presented in an ambience of aesthetics, craftsmanship and contemporary luxury. The temporary pavilion radiated a timeless elegance and inviting cosmopolitanism through its architecture with floating geometry. In order to meet the special requirements of the target audience, an activation concept was developed which accompanies the customers from the first invitation to the end of the visit via digital tools and thus enables an all-round pleasant experience. Tools were also created for BMW to enable optimal guest planning and the transfer of newly acquired leads into the respective market-specific CRM system.
