Winters in Barot Valley
In winters, Barot Valley in Himachal Pradesh becomes a winter wonderland because of the few reasons -
1. The place is located at a height of 1835m which is very high as compared to the nearby locations in the mountains.
2. The fog covers the whole valley and creates a majestic sight to adore, the forest area is thick and that adds an additional drama in the scene.
The images shown below were taken during the winter month & I hope that I did justice with the location in photographing.

The Barot Valley dam water is crystal clear & the surrounding elements make the vibes more soothing. Like you can see a house & thick forest trees around the dam water.

Since the winters are very harsh in the valley, moving with your hands out is a very tough deal. Even I was facing difficulties to take out my hands to photograph.

The fog covers the valley in winters that will be a sight to watch. The mixture of elements like fog, overcast weather, forest trees, mountains, light can really make the scene badass to acknowledge.
