REDRUM (2017)
Inspired by the seminal Stanley Kubrick's movie The Shining (1980) this artwork recreates the iconic words of the character young Danny Torrence 'REDRUM' repeatedly written multiple times, layer upon layer, colour upon colour to build up the texture and pattern of the equally iconic corridor carpet of The Overlook Hotel, that guide Danny to the horrors of Room 237.
