Adobe Illustrator on the iPad Illustration
I was invited to create an illustration and article for the Discover for the launch of Adobe Illustrator on the iPad. I started out with a sketch I had done in Adobe Fresco and then built the city illustration using all the familiar tool in Illustrator on the iPad.

I felt like a city can represent a community, its variety and diversity as well as its color and liveliness. It seemed like a good symbol in these times. The shape tools made it super easy and fun to build the illustration.
I filmed and screen captured the process and edited it down to create this time-lapse video of the process for the illustration.
The majority of the illustration was created on the iPad and I used the shape tools extensively.
I then exported the file to Adobe Illustrator on the desktop to quick tweak and add more details. The process of going from one to the other was super easy.
As part of the project I created a library of objects and colors for users to download and try out, to create their own cityscapes in either the iPad or desktop version of Illustrator.
