WorldMUN was founded in 1991 by Harvard students who were looking to create a unique, diverse and truly global Model United Nations experience. At that time, the Iron Curtain across Europe had just been penetrated by the spirit of freedom. As such, it was only natural that the first session of WorldMUN was held in Miedzyzdroje, Poland; symbolising WorldMUN’s vision of a world working together beyond the bounds of culture and ideology. Starting with an initial cohort of 300 delegates, WorldMUN grew steadily over the years – not just in numbers, but also in quality and substance. The conference has since been described in The Times (UK)as “superior to any other university program in the world.”
WorldMUN now boasts a regular attendance of over 2,200 delegates from over 65 countries and has been hosted in 21 cities around the world. And now, in 2013, WorldMUN comes to Australia!
I am lucky to had a opportunity to participate into this great event. I was senior director in the office of media and design.  I was responsible for video and photography. Before the conference, My team member and me made promotional videos for Melbourne, accommodation and conference venue. During the conference, we made highlight video everyday. After all, the most exciting things was we made a highlight video for this conference. It was really touching and we really miss the WorldMUN.
I also shoot some photos for brochure, website and post cards.
