Ngan Ha Hotel is one of the big hotels in Ha Tinh, the great advantage is located in the city center 2 facade at the intersection, the hotel has been built for more than 10 years and now has become old and degraded.

Investor's goals and desires:
- Renovating, upgrading and refreshing the hotel based on a table of materials provided by the investor, retaining some furniture, still used design in accordance with the tastes of local people
- Low investment costs, only serving mid-range customers, materials do not need to be luxurious but they must be durable over time.
Plastic wall panels provided by the investor need to be used in the design
DESIGN OPTIONS:
1. FACADE:
Re-pave the entire brick floor
2. LOBBY HOTEL:
- Renewing the form of large pillars, from wood paneling to beige marble and black marble.
- Retain the floor and all loose furniture
- Replace the entire lighting system
3. EVENT HALL:
- Use fake stone panels from HomeJoy to stick around the column surfaces
- Oval shaped CNC 3D carpet tiles
- Wall cladding with HomeJoy adhesive surfaces
4. SUITE ROOM:
- Change the wall paneling with HomeJoy surface stickers combined with copper braces
- Replace all furniture
