A fun personal project that has been rattling around my brain for a while. I love Japanese mythology and culture and am also interested in tattoo art.

I have wanted to make a poster of insects illustrated in a tattoo style with oriental elements of Noh masks, ghosts, oni and ornate patterns taken from Japanese textiles. It’s a series I could continue developing further.
