Working with Adobe Aero is easy. You can download the application on your devices: computer, iPhone, and iPad. It does not require any codes.
You need to create your work on other platforms such as Photoshop or Illustrator and import your work in Aero as png. , preferably if you draw shapes without background. You can play with the interface of Aero; it helps to bring into life your creation; you can animate by using the triggers and actions settings.

This illustration is my starting point to create this augmented reality project in Adobe Aero.
I created a story to start my project; the main character is a witch who is putting a spell on the house to be protected against the ennemies of the dark night. After I created an univers, I drew the elements which are sounding her.
I draw directly on Illustrator on different layers all the graphic elements. I export all the layers into PNG files and start to import the files in Adobe Aero to visualize my idea and to see how the elements interacts with each other.
I animated the scene frame by frame
How do I animate? I draw frame by frame in Illustrator and edit the animation in After Effects to add some extra effects. The animation part can take long because I have to imagine what action will happen and I have to draw 10 to 20 times to get a fluid movement. Drawing frame by frame is making my work unique; it's imperfect and gives some more depth to it.
I open Adobe Aero beta desktop
I import each animations in Adobe Aero beta for desktop.
NOTE 1: To import the animations, you need to export the animations as a sequence png and zip the file.
NOTE 2: Once you import the zip file in Aero beta you have to select action and chose "play images" so your animation plays in the preview.
Once everything is set up in my project I use my iPhone or iPad to play and live the full experience in the real world! It's almost like magic.
