The Mission

In our 30+ years long history, ProcessFlows have had one mission – help their clients’ businesses achieve sustainable and scalable growth through optimising processes in a cost-effective way. In 2010, ProcessFlows recognized a nearshore opportunity and took a leap of faith opening an office in Sofia, Bulgaria where they transferred a number of our back-end support processes. The undertaking was so successful that they quickly grew and outsourced an increasing number of core business activities.

We had the pleasure to sit on the table with their marketing team and give a kickstart to multiple video campaigns with the simple aim to present the customer satisfaction, the authenticity and the friendly team environment that they created in the company. We had to make sure that the end production really reflects on they 30+ years of experience and builds trust in their future clients, by showcasing key factors of the company’s business model, growth, experience and approach.
