My interest in music led me to a partnership with 2 friends to put on a monthly music event in Leicester. We managed the branding, booking of European DJs, promotion and music policy. I co-ran this night successfully for over 3 years and managed to take the Gritter brand abroad to Barcelona and Ibiza. We networked across all the main booking agencies to negotiate good artists at a discounted rate. Needless to say, we enjoyed the whole experience even though we only just broke even!
