An analysis of gender violence in Colombia is the excuse to make an approach from the graph, the starting point is the text of "Pedagogical Narratives and ICT", the point of union is a topic discussed in this book the need to reach to bring the cultural offer to more remote spaces, making these cultural spaces an agora that welcomes everyone, which is why this is a virtual exhibition. Each work is composed of a semiotics that tells the story of the victim, for this the material (naive) is the printed newspaper and on the other hand the subject represented in his Kalos and Agathos by the butterflies arbitrarily arranged in relation to their classification as species, thus responding to the concepts of femininity and fragility

In Argentina, as well as in many other countries in the region and around the world, violence against women has become, in recent years, a topic on the public agenda. This installation of the problem in the public debate has been accompanied by the positive recognition of women's rights in different normative instruments both at the international and local levels. These not only foresee an enumeration of the prerogatives that women have, but also establish obligations for all persons and public authorities, at the same time that they demand the adoption of sanctions for those who exercise violence and create situations of discrimination. However, this normative and institutional development has not only concentrated efforts on the care of female victims once they promote the legal claim but also does not establish too many standards for the treatment of men who commit violence. Nor do they foresee specific parameters or objectives based on which judicial public policies should be designed and implemented) whose recipients are men who exercise violence against women and / or other subordinate subjects.
