Our objective with this ad campaign was to create a unique advertising campaign for Mayfield Clinic's spine surgery services.  To appeal to a broad general audience, the tagline "More people ask for Mayfield" was depicted with bold and colorful silhouettes experiencing pain in their everyday activities.  The concept appeared in outdoor, print, online, TV commercials and radio advertisement.
Print ad.  Full page ads in local magazines and newspapers.
Billboards included digital and printed boards.  The digital boards featured a different billboard with each rotation sequence.

We provided concepting, script, art direction and storyboarding for 2 commercials that ran on local TV and radio stations.  Commercials were produced by Emmy-winning director David Ashbrock. The commercials feature scenes of pain-free people in everyday activities, ending with a transition to one of the silhouettes in our branding image. 
We created tower, banner and square animated ads for local TV station and newspaper websites.

The webpage provides an overview, links to spine services and news, appointment information, and features several video hope stories of Mayfield spine patients.
