Here are a few of the food illustrations that I painted in Procreate on the iPad Pro during October, 2020. I hadn't really worked in Procreate much this year, since I built a new computer workstation in December and my work routine has been really out of whack since the pandemic began. I thought that some prompts from Inktober with They Draw & Cook would be a great way to dive back into illustrating in Procreate. It let me dive deeper into the brush engine introduced in Procreate 5 (not long before I built my new computer) and work on my digital watercolor techniques and overall workflow on the iPad Pro. 

Despite some performance issues stemming from the most recent Procreate updates, and layer limits that are always a challenge for me (when working on large canvases, layer limits can be restricting), I've been enjoying the process. I feel like I've gotten back into a groove illustrating on the iPad in Procreate.
