Week 10: INFOGRAPHIC TASK 

For this week, we were asked to design an infographic on any particular topic that we wished. For myself, I chose to create one based on the phases of the moon.

The first part to do was gathering some information and then afterwords choosing a set of colors. This infographic uses primarily white,dark blue, gray and white. The white was primarily used for text and the gray for the moons. The gold was used for lines and also as stars that dot the night sky. Dark blue was chosen over black for the sky colour because the gold contrasted better with a dark blue sky rather than a black one. All of this was done in illustrator.

As seen above is the end product.

Overall, it is an interesting task when taking into account of using a set of colours and simple illustrations in order to convey information.
