“As long as I live, I'll hear waterfalls and birds and winds sing. I'll interpret the rocks, learn the language of flood, storm, and the avalanche. I'll acquaint myself with the glaciers and wild gardens, and get as near the heart of the world as I can".
― John Muir

GEOPARK
CILETUH
INDONESIA
In the begininng at the year 1709 a Dutch administrator named Jan Van Riebeeck made a sea trip to these area for a trade mission. On the way, he landed his boat in the Ciletuh Beach area.
"At that time, the Dutch called Ciletuh a beach with old crystal stones."

Since then, there are only two coastal areas along the southern waters of Sukabumi which were very popular during the Dutch colonial period, namely Palabubanratu or known as Wijnkoopsbaai and Pantai Ciletuh or Sandbaai. Meanwhile, Ujung Genteng Beach was only built in the late 1930s.
The Ciletuh Geopark was also recognized by UNESCO as a Global Geopark in April 2018, thanks to its extraordinary geological heritage. In addition, it also contains biodiversity and culture, and has a very special natural landscape. Natural and beautiful nature is also a special attraction
that should not be missed.

Because of the features offered, it ultimately attracts many travelers. Moreover, many tourist destinations in Ciletuh Geopark have not been touched by technology, aka still natural and impressive. You are interested in seeing the natural wealth and extraordinary panoramas displayed at the Ciletuh GEOPARK.
According to geological research, the rocks in the GEOPARK area have an age of about 65 million years, so you can imagine the age of the rocks that are very old and even said to be among the oldest in the world.

In this area we can also find views of natural waterfalls which are very much and of course very beautiful to see. Now, i will try to serve the beauty of my country GEOPARK in Fine Art Black and White Photography.
Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.
