Catching the perfect autumn colors is a game that requires perfect timing, preparation and dedication, because everything happens so quickly that I can easily miss the perfect colours
or conditions if my calculations went wrong. One of my favourite themes to capture is the changing colors of the larch trees in the Dolomites during the season. That day I was lucky to be at the right place at the right time. The last lights over the high peaks in Val Fiscalina just hit the yellow larches for a few minutes perfectly.
