What is a 4D process?

There are 4 phases of this process which helps in managing and effectively targeting the problem areas for a profitable outcome not only in design but development and non development tasks. 
Our Creative Approach to the problem was to closely look into the process and describe it in an abstract manner within the given time. Our target was to make it SIMPLE and EASY for the viewer who can acknowledge this design process. Our key words were:
