Water and Refreshment

For this project I wanted to keep it simple. I first picked an earth photo from online to use. I then had to use a mask to take part of the top off. Then I added a water drop and used another mask. After adding the mask I also lightened the picture with a blending option. Finally I added a simple neutral space background to finish it off.
For this project I got the idea from DIM class last year. We had to create an image using a girl with fire hair. I did it but with water. I first had to find a large image of a woman acting as a hair model. I then had to find bubbles and created a layer mask to match over the hair to blend and give the water hair affect. Once I blended it to my liking I added a beach background and gave it a blending to give it a more luxurious look.
For this project I made, I went with an underwater "drippy" theme. I chose to put Lil Baby in as the focal point because he is one of my favorite artists today. I added multiple Lil Babys so I could add multiple blends to achieve my mixed with background goal. I then added a layer mask to make lil baby to fade into the background. Finally I darkened the background.
This project is simple. I wanted to give off a theme for nature and refreshment. I used a background with a water drop on it and then put in an earth image. I had to use a layer mask to remove the background of the earth and also give it some transparency to look like it was the water droplet. I then added another copy earth and blended it to lighten the earth droplet up.
For this project I wanted to give the theme for thirst. I chose an extremely dry background and then added a single rose. I wanted it to show how needed water really is. I had to use a layer mask to make the rose more detailed. Then I added a falling stream of water to make it look like water from the heavens. Finally I blended the background to make it look hotter by giving it warm colors.
