This video provides information for communities to understand the first-time qualification and subsequent re-qualification processes for urban counties. This video was created as part of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
My Role
I created all visual elements of the video content by customizing and stock illustrations and storyboarding 50 frames. I collaborated with a motion designer to bring the video to life.
