1.User mapping and interviews: Identifying mainstream, lead, extreme users and outliers and conducting interviews

2.Indicator Scale Design:  Coming up with the indicator design 

3.3D Modelling: Drafting the 3-D model of the silencer

4.Project Feasibility: Business Model Formulation & NPV Calculation
