The Beauty & Brow Parlour is a beauty and hair removal brand with salons across Australia. Over the years,
The Beauty & Brow Parlour realised that their identity was no longer suitable for their business and that they needed an identity that felt more mature, welcoming and refined; whilst maintaining their logo. In order to
develop a brand identity that matched their new direction, we journeyed with The Beauty & Brow Parlour to understand their brand; who it's for, what it provides people and how it connects with them.

Through our process, we were able to understand that at its core; The Beauty & Brow Parlour hopes to provide their customers with services that feel like inexpensive luxuries; encouraging self-care, appreciation and love – enriching their inner beauty and building their confidence. As a result, we were able to develop a brand identity solution which felt like a natural evolution of their previous identity – reflecting their shift in vision, mission and values that they hope to provide their customers.​​​​​​​
