Having restrictions such as steering way from the traditional static site menu helped with the overall creative design outcome and challenge creative thinking skills. I had employed a brain map for coming up with multiple ways of what visually comes to mind when I thought of the word 'education'. One day on a morning walk, I came across tree trunks that had been cut and their rings were revealed - this to me was a sign of growth and wisdom, both which are related to education and inspired the line work to be integrated with the mockup and menu.
