A campaign to show gratitude towards the service providers associated with Urban Company.
Within the campaign, the customers will be asked to post a before and after photo of them with the service provider who visited them, and write their experience and review about them, post it on Instagram and tag Urban Company. The customers with around 5-7 reviews per month for six months will be eligible for a grand discount or to avail few complementary services offered by the brand.
The campaign will help appreciate the person providing services, and it will also benefit the brand as if a consumer is posting 5-7 photos each month, it also implies that he/ she is availing the services those number of times.
