BACKGROUND
Freesol is a collaboration between the Art Center Design Matters program and the City of Pasadena.
Art Works Pasadena a non profit art school for underpriveledged teenagers, we were tasked with creating a movable space that would make hanging out near school more enjoyable.

Through our interviews with the students, a few key items continously surfaced as points of interest; a graffiti wall, hangout space, performance stage, and basketball hoop.

CONCEPT
The concept was to create a modern Art Wagon, similar to the traveling artists of old, but in a more sleek and modern style.

MISSION
The mission was to help students hone their skills as well as make money doing what they love.

DETAILS
The hangers and panels are doors bought from home depot that are mounted with a set of screws.
There is the ability to open them to create a large painting canvas.
