NUTTY COW - Logo Design
The project was to design a logo for an imaginary ice-cream named "Nutty Cow". This ice cream brand produces nut based ice-creams of various flavors. Here is my design thinking process for the design of the logo. I began with a mind-map creation, followed by a mood-board. My mood-board contains a collection of fun-loving brands, both colorful and playful.
The ideation process included drawing a couple of rough-sketches for the logo. I knew the colors I needed and created a color swatch.
The double T in "Nutty" started appearing as the face of a cow. I created a prototype of the design with the required colors. The palette chosen was fun and quirky. I chose Nunito Sans Black Typeface for the logo.
With this project, I developed a fair idea about the design thinking process, the process of ideation, mood-boarding, mind-mapping. I also had a chance to play around with visual typography.
