Brief/
QL Beauty is an eclectic beauty salon in Monterrey, Mexico where you can experience the different beauty services in one place, such as nails, hair treatments, makeup, facials, eyelash extensions, among others. The objective of the rebranding was to obtain a look that would differentiate itself from the rest, with a variety of colors to represent the wide portfolio of services without falling into the conventionality of the pink and feminine beauty salon.
Solution/
The main concept was a mix of colors and stickers to break with the pink and girly look from conventional beauty salons.
Inspiration was taken from physical stickers, bringing them to a digital context, with phrases and elements that made reference to the brand and salon services, like basic shapes, eye-catching details and trendy quotes, that can live in Instagram stories, WhatsApp stickers and other platforms. The color palette gives the brand versatility to go beyond female stereotypes.
