Phillies are the sweet boys of the hub and the prime arista found in Phillyt’s name, but this is only what you see, for its name reaches other senses; when you hear it, you feel it… but what do you hear? Music, my friend. Music begins at the first bite of a philly, therefore it lives in the name and soul of the brand. And when you smell it and taste it, that’s when the backyard memories trigger.
The logo was created after the design of the metal bars found in grills, which gives the food these remarkable pattern lines. The Y resembles a grill fork and is crowned with an everlasting flame, thus becoming the abstract symbol of Phillyt®. The color palette of the brand is on fire, since we set together five different shades found in a burning fire.
The graphic line for Phillyt® stays loyal to its roots: music, grill and the honesty and brutality of materials: metal for the grill; the wood on tables; stone for the charcoal and main material on selling point, and the bricks for the walls we’re bringing down.

Phillyt® is a restaurant devoted to serving amazing backyard food, this is reckless food, greasy and –how we most love to define it– rude food. This is food cooked to kick your hungry ass, not to be nice. Ain’t no space for shallow moods or faux facades; here, food is food and they’ll serve it as it comes out of the grill: hot, messy and delicious, fries on a side.
