UX Writing - Onboarding Experiences

After finishing the 15 days of the Daily UX Writing Challenge, I think I want to improve the fifteenth challenge. By creating a new separated project to include all three challenges. With more clarification and explanation along with each flow, I have created.

I use Adobe XD as a tool to collect and combine all frames and screens into one artboard with the direction of the journey. The image here might be a bit smaller and cannot expand its size further. Please feel free to visit my website if you want a full-sized screenshot here: https://kamonkongnisai.com/onboarding-experiences
Challenge 1
The first challenge is the rewriting process for Facebook Page creation.

Problems
Creating a Facebook Page is not so complicated anymore. However, people who are not familiar with it might not think alike. That is why I want to make it super simple with clarity and conciseness for every single step.

Solutions
Facebook uses general voices and tones to cover its huge pool of audience. The existing one uses a bit of technical jargon. I have made minor adjustments to be more human-like and friendly.
Challenge 2
The second challenge is about multiple-screen for car-buying applications. Its objective is to encourage customers to register their accounts with information.

Problems
The biggest challenge is the product's voice and tone. You cannot do much about it because it is a business matter. Also, to put ourselves in the customer's shoes. When being asked to provide such sensitive information.

Solutions
To be brief and make users feel comfortable with the registration flow, I use the key message "only 3 steps" to encourage customers. The registration needs to be brief and straight to the point.

More than that, I work around with microcopy and also have an additional screen after the registration has been completed. By providing a message "Account Completed" with a joyful sound. While also letting users take further action with the choice of a button to browse for discounts.
Challenge 3
The third challenge is a multi-screen of onboarding experience for a banking app. Prompting their users to learn about the automatic scheduling payment feature.

The experience flow aims to solve the issue when users forgot the pay the bills, or have too many payments at the adjacent time. it would be great if they set the scheduled payment with a predefined amount, specific date, and services at one time.

Problems
The experience flow aims to solve the issue when users have to pay a lot of bills. Or have too many payments to be billed but it is painful to make it paid manually. Therefore, the flow is about an automatic scheduled payment. Which is recurring every designed day, week, or month.

Solutions
To be honest, I find it to be super difficult to start working on. I got inspiration from Sidney Rhoads of the Daily UX Writing Challenge Facebook group for the overall flow. This helps me a huge! I made it to be more similar to a usual Thai banking application.
