Buffalo Wild Wings — Packaging, Menu Design
Buffalo Wild Wings, one of the top ten fastest-growing restaurant chains in the country, asked Larsen to re-brand their signature sauces and redesign their menus and in-store packaging. The menus and packaging needed to appeal to the target audience of younger, single men and professionals who are sports enthusiasts.
Packaging — including sauce bottles, wing buckets, napkins, kid crowns, and wet naps — reflects the authentic Buffalo Wild Wings experience: fun, friends, noise, and activity. Strong yellow and black branding aligns with Larsen-designed menus and in-store marketing and promotions. Brand colors and brand voice communicate attitude and provide another source of in-restaurant entertainment. CEO Sally Smith said the new menu design contributed to a 26% increase of in-store sales.
