Decided to make something for my discord group. I decided we needed a change of name cause the original was a little...meh. 

Started with a rough sketch. Accidentally had the pen set to green, but as soon as it touched the canvas I knew what it had to be. A friend of mine has a nickname that has stuck with her for years: Gamer Gremlin. If you've ever seen images of D.Va from Overwatch where she is tiny, angry and full of doritos and mountain dew, that's a pretty close representation. She also identifies closely with the trolling of Sombra as well, so she's definitely a gremlin 🤣

After the sketch, I kinda cleaned up some of the linework and tried to add in the dew and doritos in a somewhat normal way. 

After that, I decided on colours. Basic cell shading is usually my standard choice, but that's mostly because I find it easy. I don't do it well, but sometimes it looks like I know what I'm doing haha. Ended up lighting him from behind without realizing it, but when I got to the face I decided that it was a good choice to keep it that way. Really adds to the tweakiness of a gamer fueled up on sugar.
