This one-story house was designed by our studio for a large family with three children. For 200 sq.m. we managed to rationally place all the necessary rooms and zones. The soul of the house is the living room combined with the kitchen and dining room, with access to the courtyard terrace. A real wood fireplace is an accent element of this room. The master's recreation area is allocated in a separate block, which includes a bedroom with access to the terrace, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a WC.

An important role in this interior was played by the texture of natural wood: the natural beauty of American walnut smooths out the contrast of black and white, adding emotionality, warmth, and comfort to the image. The color scheme of the house harmoniously resonates in all rooms, which makes the interior complete.

On the covered terrace, we placed a large dining table and a lounge area with a projector. Stained glass windows and floor heating on the terrace will allow you to use it even in the cold season. On the outdoor terrace, there is a relaxation area by the pool and jacuzzi. At the end of the site, we placed a bathhouse, which has a dressing room, a relaxation room, a steam room, showers, and a bathroom.

The minimalist architecture of the house and all the buildings on the site is fully consistent with the style of interior solutions, which unites the entire complex into a single whole.
