   Разработка дома в современной классике. Общей площадью 528кв.м. В основу дома положена симметрия с применением классических пропорций разбивки дома по вертикалям и фасадам. В следствии чего, образовалось правильное функциональное зонирование в середине пространства, с большими оконными проёмами, что создаёт много света.

As a result, the correct functional zoning was formed in the middle of the space, with large window openings, which creates a lot of light.

   Благодаря светодизайну, подчёркивается рельефность молдингов и структура фасадной штукатурки, которой отделан весь дом. В гармонии с озеленением и ландшафтными решениями создаётся единый ансамбль, погружающий хозяев в атмосферу загородного спокойствия и неповторимости природы.

   

   Thanks to the lighting design, the relief of the moldings and the structure of the facade plaster, with which the entire house is finished, are emphasized. In harmony with landscaping and landscape solutions, a single ensemble is created, immersing the owners in the atmosphere of suburban tranquility and the uniqueness of nature.

   В оформлении фасада применено три цвета — это графитовая кровля, светло бежевый оттенок фасада и кофейных оттенок, что разбивает дом на два сегмента верхний и нижний. Нюансное сочетание, которое передаёт общую стилистику дома.

   Three colors were used in the design of the facade - this is a graphite roof, a light beige shade of the facade and a coffee shade, which divides the house into two segments, upper and lower. A nuanced combination that conveys the overall style of the house.
