No meio entre as obrigações profissionais e as angústias da pandemia, sobrou tempo para aprender coisas novas e explorar a criatividade. Algumas semanas atrás estava na minha mente algumas ideias inspiradas em uma das minhas bandas preferidas, Fleet Foxes, e fui digerindo a ideia. As vezes elaborava dentro da cabeça como poderia fazer, mas nada concreto.
Para a minha surpresa, Fleet Foxe lança um disco, sem ao menos ter divulgado antes. E foi inspirador. Não é um apenas um disco excelente, é um disco com sentido, propósito e sentimento. A banda sempre me tocou profundamente, e esse disco só aumentou a relação afetiva que já tinha construído.
Foi inspirado ao escutar o novo álbum, que eu abri o cinema 4d e comecei a experimentar e buscar como eu representaria alguma das minhas músicas preferidas. Quis criar formas, texturas, elementos e ambientes que traduzissem os temas emocionais, nostálgicos e ecológicos das letras da banda.

In the middle between the professional obligations and the pandemic anxieties, there was time to learn new things and explore creativity. A few weeks ago, some ideas inspired by one of my favorite bands, Fleet Foxes, were in my mind and I was digesting the idea. Sometimes I worked out how I could do it in my head, but nothing concrete.
To my surprise, Fleet Foxe releases an album, without even having noticed it before. And it was inspiring. It is not just an excellent record, it is a record with meaning, purpose and feeling. The band always touched me deeply, and this album only increased the affective relationship that I had already built.
It was inspired by listening to the new album, that I opened the Cinema 4D and started experimenting and looking for how I would represent some of my favorite songs. I wanted to create shapes, textures, elements and environments that would translate the emotional, nostalgic and ecological themes of the band's lyrics.
