The Oakland Roots were a fast-paced startup endeavor putting on amazing fan experiences at their soccer games, selling out all of their homes games in their first season. However, they still wanted additional marketing targeted at younger fans. Enter collectible player cards. They provided me with inspiration images from old baseball cards, along with their branding elements they wanted to incorporate.
