ABOUT ART (2019)
Is a mixed media animation film, which shows a variety of art of the 20th century where the pieces of art are on the way to work, taking place in the cities of Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt in Germany, this film contains 3D and 2D animation as well as a VFX composition.
About Art film mainly follows Guill a stone sculpture which goes to his first day of work in the museum. The project was produced by a team of 4 students with varied skills (including me), in addition to the participation of Motion Picture students and their cameras for the footage. Also the collaboration of the Darmstadt Landesmuseum.
The role performed on the project was a:

On the technical part the whole texturing process of the 3D characters , main character design, sculpting, the alebrijedesign and modeling, also the concept art of this two (main character guill and taro alebrije) characters, render template generation.
Into the design area the concept art of two characters, development of art bible, design key art, textures, posters,one sheet document, some slides.
Another responsabilities were documentation related to the project, like sales document, one sheet paper, presentation slides , art bible, marketing materials. Some research on abstract, surreal, modern and cubist art made at the beginning of the project. Collaborating as staff for the organization of the extras in the recording of the footage in the city.
