We were honored to have a big presence at Microsoft’s 2020 ‘Ignite Conference,’ lending our expertise to help multiple teams showcase the latest and greatest that Microsoft Teams has to offer. It was a unique and surreal experience being able to collaborate directly with the engineering teams of each product, and the kicker was working on a video for the big man himself, Satya Nadella, to show in his feature presentation.
We had unprecedented access to the actual design files of the UI, and the teams at Microsoft and their partners were incredibly gracious in supplying us with assets. We often found ourselves animating UI that was still being developed and finalized by the engineering team prior to launch. All up, we created 7 videos for the conference, most of which required custom music provided by Dave Hummel, a true legend. This montage captures some of our favorite moments from each.
