At the age of 15, I left my village where I had spent my whole childhood. After graduating from university, I settled in Beijing, a big city. The longer I leave my hometown, the more I miss there. And the most important lesson I can learn from the old time in the village is just how important my roots must be, whatever I chose to do with my lives.
With this motivation, I start to create my picture book. Though I have not received professional training in painting, the Immature painting techniques can not stop me to express the love I feel for my small hometown.
