CYPERUS LAMP
The Cyperus Alternifolius (Umbrella Papyrus) is a graceful water plant with long thin stem, topped by 15-20 drooping leaf-like bracts that resemble the ribs of a raised umbrella. It is a sober sculpture that will complement a room; a source of beauty and light.
Standing, low energy consumption lamp. LED strip lights encased in frosted polypropylene casings are used to diffuse light and enhance the desired mood. Lithium-Ion batteries at the base of the lamp insure a wire free standing in the living room. A detachable cable secures the charging to a main source. Standby light at the base comes on when the lamp is off. Standby light blinks as a warning to low battery level.

CYPERUS LAMP can be used wired to main source of electricity or wireless by using the battery loaded base.

The project is an extension to an ongoing WATER PLANT LAMPS project. The base here looks like the REED LAMP's base.
