‘First Responders’ is a term in the US for the Police, Fire and Paramedic services whose daily jobs entail stressful, potentially life-threatening decisions and situations. Every year in the US more officers kill themselves than are killed in the line of duty.

Caim Coaching exists to help First Responders understand and address the financial, relationship and mental health issues that come with life on the front lines. Caim strengthen individuals, couples, families and organisations, which in turn creates stronger communities. The word Caim (pronounced KY-em) is an ancient Gaelic term meaning “invisible circle of protection”.

Caim commissioned ORCA to create a brand identity which portrayed openness, trust, compassion and authenticity. We created a full set of corporate stationery, collateral, workshop documents and a simple information website to help launch the brand and build a loyal customer base.
