Geebee is an International Student Recruitment Organization that assists students in pursuing overseas education in universities in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, etc. Geebee is a solution-oriented company, which specializes in tailoring career pathways to suit individual profiles within the constraints that may prevail in each case. The constraints may be educational, financial or personal.

The project brief was to convert the existing static site into a dynamic website and port existing blog onto the new website. They also needed a CMS to facilitate in-house management of website content.

The main challenge was to manage humongous content with a lot of nested page structure. The other challenge was the quick turnaround time within tight budget.

As a solution, we developed & implemented the new website on WordPress CMS. Since we were supposed to adhere to the quick turnaround time & tight budget, for Frontend we used a ready responsive design theme and changed it to match client’s requirement. We created every different page type ranging from static pages to highly editable pages to facilitate easy management of content.

We also created sections and custom post types in the backend for Country of Study, Upcoming Events & Contact Us. Apart from these we also migrated the existing blog onto the new website by matching its look & feel.

The site makes extensive use of HTML5, Javascript, jQuery & Ajax and a great deal of bespoke PHP wizardry in the backend.

Now, managing content on the new website has become a cake walk for the client.
