Our findings

There is an ergonomic drawback when it comes to the traditional laptop stand. There is a lack in the appropriate elevation and right angles for our viewing pleasure and the deployment of the stand is often hard to activate. Don’t get us started on the design!

It dawned upon us that we could improve on these pain points, and hence the FLIKK Laptop Stand and Sleeve was created.

In our co-working space, there are many of us who travel on the go or work remotely. There is a need to own an essential product that is multi-functional. With its carry-on purpose integrated with the functionality of deploying the sleeve quickly into a stand, it is a great addition to your life!

We have seen a lot of laptop users around us using everyday objects to prop our laptop and to bring up the height of screen at home or in office. What if you have to constantly be on-the-go?

Introducing FLIKK 2-in-1 Stand and Sleeve

We redesigned the FLIKK stand, to fulfill the need to be sturdy, slim, and lightweight.

We added some nifty design thinking into our design.: An intuitive 2 step "Pull and Pop" action to deploy the stand.

Why 4 and 6 cm? We've interviewed people working on the go, and the most preferred height ranges from 4 to 6cm. This height is a good balance for both wrists and viewing comfort.

Using one hand to deploy the stand means you can multi-task on the go!

The adjustable elevation allows you to toggle to your desired angle of 15° or 20°. This feature promotes better back posture by raising the viewing angle of your laptop. A win-win situation to better our home workstations now!

As part of a structural test, a man weighing 120 pounds stood on the sleeve, he lived to tell this story. Of course, we don’t recommend stomping on it, treat it with love and respect, it is your compact companion after all.
