This pair of glasses is both inspired by a factory worker style and a luxury one. On the one hand, it use strong angular lines edged with chamfer all over the pieces. The rim takes up octagonal and marked lines typical of the 70's eyewear. An effect increased by the inlay of a top bar connecting the rings. In the same time the sharpness of the temples lets the light catch the product, giving him his delicacy.
Meanwhile, the soft curves of the sleeves brings a visible contrast reaffirming the elegance of this eyewear. Those meticulous shapes remind us the one's of the old industries. A product made between sophistication and roughness. Concerning the materials, the global frame uses a black dyed surgical steel, known for their lifespan and resistance. At the back, acetate shapes the sleeves. With time, the steel will form a natural patina, and thus reinforce the symbolism of the pair.
The Henry glasses renews with the aesthetics of the past while keeping its contemporary side.
