In this assignment, I will create two original typograms that illustrate the meaning of the word more than the letterforms themselves. I start out with concept sketches and move on to digital sketches, refining them and then finishing with the final typo gram. The first step is to think of a list of potential words for typo grams – words that can be used to express themselves through type. The words with the most potential are drawn as thumbnail sketches.  Then pick two which have the most potential and create these digitally. Pick different fonts, widths, kerning, for the typograms. Use black and white only at this time.
