A big update was release on PUBG MOBILE in September, and as part of an effort to promote the two key content – Erangel 2.0 and UI Revamp, the team developed various marketing materials.
For Erangel 2.0, three types of marketing materials were developed:
1. Exposing the remastered Erangel on top of vanishing old Erangel
2. Showing the lobby screens of old and new version together on split screen
3. Book opening effect to highlight the release of remastered, new Erangel
The team focused on creating visuals that could embrace all content and messages related to the update.
We also supported two in-game events that were held during the update season, and tried best to expose the in-game items visually via our created content. In past August, the team supported the summer seasonal event and utilized the seasonal colors to match the momentum. We also made a parody of a project created by three popular celebrities in Korea to interact with our fans in a creative, fun way.
