Daily UX Writing Challenge: Day 1

Daily UX Writing Challenge: Day 1

Scenario: A traveler is in an airport waiting for the last leg of a flight home when their flight gets abruptly canceled due to bad weather.

Challenge: Write a message from the airline app notifying them of the cancellation and what they need to do next.

Headline: 45 characters
Body: 175 characters max
Button(s): 25 characters max
About three weeks ago, I decided to take part in Daily UX Writing Challenge. For 15 days, we'd be given different scenarios and we should write an effective copy to guide the user to their goal.

In my Behance account, I'm going to upload the scenario and visuals only, so it would be more organized. I have decided to make a post for every challenge since I did several revisions for some of them instead of compiling them in one post; I'm afraid it would be too long to read.

For a more detailed process and feedbacks from other members in Daily UX Writing Facebook group, kindly visit my Medium blog here:

Visit here for the masterpost, it consist of links to all of the challenges I've done:
The revision:
1. Adding the flight number and country code so the user would know which flight is cancelled
2. Changing the 2nd button CTA (Call to Action) to a shorter, more broad options so it would meet the character requirement.

Feedbacks are highly welcomed, I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much in advance!
