Balott, formerly known as Cafe-Løtt is an urban coffee house and roasting factory in Trier, Germany. On the occasion of the opening of their second roastery/coffee house, I was assigned to redesign the brand to represent their Middle Eastern roots as well as their urban and modern identity. Balott means oak in Farsi.
