My 2012 website included css3 animations on the home page. Visitors also toggle between the landing page and the home page with an animated scroll. I am currently modifying the site to make it responsive and 100% HTML 5.
The jQuery ScrollTo plugin allowed for users to toggle between sections of the website by clicking the 'Down' and 'Back' buttons.
CSS3 Transitions
When a user visited the home page, the text would initially appear out of focus and faded. When the visitor hovered over the text it would sharpen and fade in.
The 'Skills' slider also activates a CSS3 animation on focus.
When a visitor hovers over any page links the anchor changes color through a CSS3 ease-in-out transition.
