Quinta Do Monte D'Orio is a family wine project located in the Lisbon wine region of Portugal which has been known for its idyllic wine-making conditions since 17th century. The testing room will function as a space for guests to meet and sample wines from the vineyard while at the same time sampling the stunning natural view. The initial concept was built with the innovation of local landscape levels as well as its surrounding raw materials which are used to emphasise the aesthetic and the local's culture of making wine.
