Experiments with a CNC milling

AIM OF the FINAL PROJECT
The goal of my final project is to identify the potential of CNC machining for the design process. One of the most important steps of the research was the experimentation of the ideal working conditions for each material processed. The research is not limited to investigating the technical limits of CNC machining, but aims to investigate the possible applications of the various processes carried out.

2D Pattern  engravings on different materials
Models made with CNC milling machine on HPL, grey MDF, MDF, beech plywood and painted black MDF.

2D cuts made on different materials that allow them to flex
Models made with CNC milling machine on birch multilayer, white HDPE and grey PVC.

2.5D cutting on different materials
Models made with CNC milling machine on painted black MDF, beech plywood and MDF.
